# Fourth Baking Contest and is Love to Eat Festival# Sesame Breadsticks

Pour all the ingredients except butter and sesame seeds into the bread bucket, then put the bucket in the bread machine and fix it, start the "dough" program, including two stages of kneading + fermentation;

15 minutes after the start of the program, add butter that has softened at room temperature;

5 minutes before the end of the kneading process, pour black and white sesame seeds. When the kneading process ends, the sesame seeds have been completely wrapped into the dough and the process enters the fermentation stage;

After the program is over, the fermentation is completed; pour out the dough, knead and exhaust;

Then roll the dough into a rectangle with a thickness of about 1cm, and cut it into a strip with a width of about 1cm with a scraper;

Stretch the long strips of dough to a suitable length, knead them evenly, and place them in the baking tray in turn;

Put it into the middle layer of the preheated oven, 180 degrees for about 25 minutes, and let it cool.
