Weigh the material

Add softened butter to powdered sugar and mix well

Beat with an electric whisk until the volume is enlarged and the color is whitish

Add the egg mixture twice and beat well

Sift in low powder

Make it into a smooth dough, put it in the refrigerator for half an hour

Roll it into a thin dough sheet and press it into a flower shape with a mold, which can be pressed into a shape you like

Press a small nest in the middle of each with your thumb upright

Put it in the middle and lower level of the preheated oven, 200 degrees for 15 minutes

Tips:
The temperature and time of the oven should be set according to the temper of your oven. The biscuits will not become crispy until they cool down. The strawberry jam is made by yourself. For the preparation method, please refer to the recipes posted earlier.
