To make tiger skin: add egg yolk to fine sugar and beat at medium speed for about 12-15 minutes

Add salad oil in a steel basin → orange water and mix well. Add in the sifted low-gluten flour + baking powder → corn flour and mix well. Add egg yolk and mix well.
