Separate 5 egg yolks.

200ml of milk.

Measure 400ml whipped cream with a measuring cup.

Mix 200ml milk, 400ml whipped cream, 5 egg yolks, 70g sugar and 20g corn starch.

Pour the mixture into a glass.
6.
Heat up and down, 180 degrees, preheat for 5 minutes, put the cup in the middle of the oven and bake for 30 minutes without using a water bath. The upper layer is burnt and delicious!
