Separate the egg white and egg yolk into two oil- and water-free basins.

Add salad oil and milk to the egg yolk and mix well.

Tips:
The method of making small four rolls is very simple, except for the 4 eggs, the others are 40g, which is easy to remember.
Don't beat the meringue too hard, just distribute 8 or 9 so that the baked cake will be softer.
