Fragrant Chicken Feet

Ingredients: chicken feet (with nails cut off for cleaning), ginger slices, scented stew

Put the cleaned chicken feet into a pot of clean water.

Bring to a boil, cook for 7-8 minutes, remove.

Put it in a fresh-keeping box and cool it with cold water.
