Fragrant Dried Malan Head

1. Prepare ingredients

2. Dry clean and finely chop.

3. Chopped carrots.

4. Pick off the old leaves of Malan head, clean it, boil water in a pot, put a small spoonful of salt and a few drops of salad oil, put Malan in blanching water and remove it.

5. Squeeze the water from the malan head and chop it.
