Fragrant Edamame

Be prepared for the bad bittern.

Soak the edamame in water, rub off the fine hairs on the surface of the edamame with your hands as much as possible and wash, and cut off the two ends of the edamame one by one with scissors.

Bring to a boil and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Immediately remove the cooked edamame and put it in cold water to cool.
