Fragrant Edamame
1.
It’s very simple, it’s edamame and glutinous rice
2.
Use scissors to cut off the two ends of the edamame so that it is easy to taste
3.
Wash the edamame, put it in a pot and boil it. The water is just a little bit higher than the edamame. Just boil it for 5 to 10 minutes. I use a rice cooker to cook it.
4.
Pour out the edamame from the pot, don’t need water, put the edamame in a basin to cool, it’s okay to warm it up
5.
Pour the gravy into the edamame bowl
6.
Mocha edamame is easier to taste. I bought them in bags today. I used to buy them in bottles. I think Baoding’s ones are good. They are not available in the supermarket today. Soak them for more than 2 hours. They can also be stored in the refrigerator. Eat it overnight, or soak it in the morning, put it in the refrigerator at night, and taste it, just serve it on a plate
Tips:
1. Don't put salt in the whole process. There is salt in the gravy. You can add chili when you want to taste spicy. There are also spicy gravy.
2. Don't add blisters
3. Nothing in the north. I bought it online for my family. They like it very much.
4. The soaked water can be soaked again, or the chicken feet can be soaked in the same way.
