A piece of tofu.

Cut into triangles.

Boil 90% of the heat with moderate oil.

Tofu slip in carefully. Be careful of oil spills.

Fire bombing.

Fry until golden on both sides and remove. Or shabu-shabu, or dipped in sweet and spicy sauce. It can be served in cold or braised food.
