Fragrant Razor Clams

Ingredients: razor clams (cleaned after spitting out the sand), ginger slices, fragrant lees

Put the cleaned razor clams into a pot of clean water.

Then, put the ginger slices.

Bring to a boil, cook until the razor clams open and remove.
