Fragrant Tender Copper Hammer Chicken Drumsticks

Use a knife to cut the side of the chicken leg that connects to the thigh and cut off the tendons. For this step, you can refer to my previous detailed explanation of chicken leg deboning, but you don't need to separate the chicken from the bones.

Put the chicken legs in a basin, add cooking wine, green onion, sliced ginger, pepper, sugar, salt, and white pepper. Massage and massage with your hands and marinate for 20-30 minutes (Picture 3).

After the chicken is marinated, remove the seasoning, leave only the chicken, sprinkle a tablespoon of dry starch, add half an egg white, and mash it by hand.

Add another egg white to the remaining half of the egg white to start frothing.

Pour a lot of oil into the pot, wait for the oil 3 to mature, and coat the chicken legs with a layer of dry starch one by one

Tips:
1. Because it is frying, you must have more oil. When cooking, the oil should not be too hot. After all the cooking is done, turn the heat to medium and let it fry slowly until golden brown.
2. Fried foods are very fragrant, but fried foods are not healthy enough to eat less.
