Sweet caramel, sour pineapple and a layer of soft cake, will you drool after thinking about it? Another French caramel pineapple cake, one of the recipes of a mother-in-law’s private collection, please act quickly~! "

Ingredients

French Caramel Pineapple Cake

1. Slightly heat, evenly put 100g sugar, 20g butter and honey in the pot, and cook for a few minutes (my glass bakeware can be boiled directly on the induction cooker, you can use a normal pan)

2. After cooking into brown caramel, spread the caramel evenly on the baking tray, and put sliced pineapple on top (the pineapple should be thicker, so that the cake will have a richer fruit flavor when you bite into your mouth~)

3. Put the pineapple in the caramel and temporarily set it aside, and start making cakes.

4. Mash the butter, then add eggs and 80g sugar and mix well. It is best to put the eggs one at a time. After stirring for 30 seconds, continue to add the second one. After stirring for about 30 seconds, put the third egg and continue stirring.

5. Finally, add the flour and baking powder and continue to stir.

6. Stir until the color is milky white and the texture is sticky

7. Spread the batter evenly on the caramelized pineapple just made.

8. Note that the batter should evenly cover the pineapple~

9. Finally, put it into the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake it for about 40 minutes.
