French Fried Pork Liver

Peel the potatoes, boil or steam them, press them into mashed potatoes, and season them according to your taste (I like to use a little milk to adjust, then add salt and a little black pepper to taste)

Wash and slice the liver, add black pepper, salt, sugar, and chicken essence to taste

Then pour a little red wine

Stir well and marinate for a while

Heat the pan, add a little olive oil (can be butter or vegetable oil), coat the pork liver with a little starch and fry in the pan.

Finely chop onion and garlic

Add chopped onion and garlic into the pan and fry until fragrant, cook a little spicy soy sauce

Then pour the pork liver back into the pot, stir-fry slightly, and bring it out of the pot
