Potato cream gratin, a very simple French dish. The cream is paired with fresh potatoes. No other seasonings are needed. You can enjoy the food in 10 minutes by cooking in the microwave. The soft texture of the potatoes and the sweetness of the cream are delicious.

1. Peel the potatoes and clean them into slices. The thickness is about 2mm. Wash the surface starch and drain the water.

2. Take a microwave oven bowl, put potatoes in the bottom of the bowl, spread a layer of potatoes, sprinkle some salt and black pepper

3. Add whipped cream, spread another layer of potato chips, sprinkle salt and pepper and add cream, repeat until the bowl is about 6 minutes full
