French Potato Cream Gratin

Peel the potatoes and clean them into slices. The thickness is about 2mm. Wash the surface starch and drain the water.

Take a microwave oven bowl, put potatoes in the bottom of the bowl, spread a layer of potatoes, sprinkle some salt and black pepper

Add whipped cream, spread another layer of potato chips, sprinkle salt and pepper and add cream, repeat until the bowl is about 6 minutes full
4.
Put the bowl in the microwave and heat it on high for 10 minutes
Tips:
Choose a deep bowl and don't fill it up too much to avoid overflow.
