Fresh and Delicious Curry Crab

First cut the crabs, wash them, and dry the water. I asked the crab seller to handle it for me, and it was too much trouble myself.

Cut the onion, ginger, and green onions and set aside.

Heat oil and deep fry.

Fry until golden brown, take out and set aside.

Add green onion, ginger, and onion to the pan and fry until fragrant, then add yellow pepper. You can just keep it.

Add the fried crabs and some cooking wine.

Add white wine to add aroma.

The curry I bought is not spicy, it is Japanese style, and I cannot eat too spicy. Ha ha. First melt with hot water to make curry water~~

Add the curry water to the crabs and cover with a low heat for 20 minutes.
