Fresh Bamboo Shoots and Ginger Twice Cooked Pork

1. The third-line meat is cooked and drained and set aside.

2. Wash the fresh bamboo shoots and cut into thin slices for later use, wash and slice the young ginger.

3. Wash the scallions and cut into small pieces.
