Fresh Corn Muffin

Ingredients: 1 egg, 75g all-purpose flour, 200g corn kernels, 5g baking powder, 30g sugar, 25g corn oil.

Put the eggs, corn, and sugar into the food processor.

Tips:
The amount of sugar can be increased or decreased according to your taste.
The corn kernels will taste better if they are whipped into a fine slurry.
If the corn steep liquor is dry, add water as appropriate.
