Fresh Duck Seaweed Soup
1.
Fried duck (there are three people in our family, and every time we buy a live duck, we have to eat a few meals. Generally, the meaty duck will be braised for the first time, and the boney ones will be picked up and kept in the refrigerator the next day. Bring it to make soup, huh)
2.
Wash the dried seaweed with soaking hair (this is a small job, so you have to wash it three or four times to be clean)
3.
Cut the cleaned kelp into pieces (just cut it to the size you like) if you are patient, you can also tie it into knots. I only played part of it.

5.
Prepare ginger and garlic cloves. And deal with it for later use.
6.
Then put the duck pieces into the bottom of the inner pot of the electric pressure cooker, and then put the blanched kelp, sliced ginger and garlic cloves, drip a little white vinegar, add an appropriate amount of water, cover the lid, turn on the power, and press the soup button.
7.
After the soup is cooked, add salt to season it and enjoy it.
Tips:
1. I generally choose dried kelp, which is more cost-effective, but it is more troublesome to wash. As long as you choose harder and greener, it is easy to wash.
2. In general, a few drops of white vinegar in the bone soup is to fully dissolve the nutrition of the bones in the soup.
