One by One Braised Duck

Wash the duck, fill a bowl of water, put an appropriate amount of dried chili, and put it in an electric pressure cooker.

Press the cooking time for ten minutes.

Prepare ginger slices, 2 star anise.

Pour the duck in the electric pressure cooker together with water into the wok, add ginger, star anise, more light soy sauce, less salt, and a little dark soy sauce, over high heat, cover the lid, and boil the water dry. (Use a spoon to scoop the soup onto the duck in the middle, turn over the noodles 1 minute before boiling, and then scoop the soup onto the duck)

Serve on a plate, sprinkle green onions, and eat.
