Fresh Eggs and Shrimps

Shrimp shelled, into shrimps, marinated in cooking wine

Beat the three eggs, add the same amount of water, and continue to mix well. Add seasoning. A teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of pepper.

Pour the egg mixture into a deep dish, cover with plastic wrap, and put it in a steamer. Steam on high heat for five or six minutes until set.

Take out the steamed egg, put the shrimp on top, and continue to steam it for three to four minutes.

When you are done, add a spoonful of sesame oil, or add your favorite soy sauce for heavy flavors.
6.
Put it on the table.
