Fresh Fruit Naked Cake

Separate the egg yolk from the egg white, and break up the egg yolk;

Beat the egg whites with an electric whisk until they reach the fish-eye state, put in one-third of the fine sugar and continue to beat;

The egg white is in a rough state, and the fine sugar is added for the second time;

When the egg head is hit until the egg white is lifted, the lines appear and do not fall back. Add fine sugar for the third time;

Add a small part of the egg whites to the egg yolk paste and mix gently;
