Fresh Handmade Basil Sauce

Appropriate amount of fresh basil leaves (how much to use depends on personal taste)
Garlic 4-5 pine nuts 30g olive oil 30ml
Cheese powder salt and pepper to taste

Wash the freshly picked basil leaves first, then rinse them with cold boiled water and let them dry for later use.

Boil a red pot, then add pine nuts and saute until fragrant.

In the blender, add basil leaves, pine nuts, cheese powder, garlic and olive oil in sequence. Stir thoroughly to form a puree, then add salt and pepper, and stir for a while.
Tips:
I don’t have an oven. I bought a ready-made baguette, cut it, spread it with sauce, bake the crispy garlic baguette in a non-stick pan, and it’s ready!
