Pasta with Green Sauce with Asparagus and Shrimp

Prepare the ingredients needed to make the green sauce. The amount of basil is shown in the picture. The walnuts are slightly roasted to bring out the flavor. You can also use pine nuts instead

Stir the basil, walnuts, garlic, lemon zest and lemon juice roughly, then add olive oil and continue to stir until it becomes a fine paste, then add some salt and black pepper to taste

Stir in the Parmesan cheese and the green sauce is ready

Prepare the asparagus, remove the old skin at the bottom, and open the back of the shrimp

Put enough water in the boiling pot, add the right amount of salt after boiling, and then add the pasta for two persons. Follow the instructions on the pasta package to stop the time.

At the same time, heat the olive oil in the pan, change the knife to the asparagus and stir-fry together with the shrimp for about 5 minutes, season with salt and black pepper, and remove.

Tips:
Don't fry the asparagus for too long, try to keep its crispy texture
