Tips:
1. The children in the family are not able to accept green onion, ginger and garlic, so I usually only use water after soaking in water;
2. Lard and seaweed are an excellent match for small wontons, and they can’t be less;
3. This is a small wonton, a very small one. The amount of meat is according to your preference, but don't add too much;
4. You can make more at a time, then freeze it, and just cook it when you want to eat it;
5. I like to have a little fat in the meat, so if you add fat, you only need lean meat.
