Horseshoe Meatball Soup

1. Wash the horseshoes and peel them off.

2. Wash Shanghai Green, peel and slice carrots.

3. Wash and mince pork.

4. Add the chopped horseshoes and mix well.

5. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce and other seasonings to the chopped meat.

6. After adding a little water, hit the strength in one direction.

Tips:

The horseshoe does not need to be cut very finely. After the meatballs are boiled, they will float and they are already cooked. Don't cook too much, otherwise the meat will not be tender and smooth.
