Fresh meat chopped into minced meat

Add light soy sauce, oil, ginger water, salt to taste

Tips:
1. For fresh meat, choose seven lean and three fat front legs;
2. Add appropriate amount of ginger water to the minced meat slowly, then beat and sizing by hand;
3. The water absorption of glutinous rice flour is different in each company. The glutinous rice flour I use is about 100 grams of glutinous rice flour with 90 grams of water, and the water is part of hot water and part of cold water;
4. When cooking the glutinous rice balls, do not let the pot boil all the time, otherwise it will be easy to boil. Add some cold water when cooking, and cook until the glutinous rice balls float.
