Fresh Milk Sweet Bread
1.
Prepare high-gluten flour, corn oil, fresh milk, eggs, sugar, salt, and yeast.
2.
Pour all the ingredients into the bread machine for mixing and baking.
3.
When the dough is twice as large, take out the dough.
4.
Choose a square baking dish and brush with corn oil; divide the dough into 9 small rounds, place the baking dish in the baking dish, continue to cover, and ferment for the second time.
5.
The time for the second fermentation will be much faster than the first one, and it will usually take 30-40 minutes to leave it in a warm environment.
6.
Brush the surface of the bread with egg wash, and preheat the oven.
7.
Place the middle layer of the oven. My oven uses the upper and lower fire, 200 degrees, and it will be out in about 15 minutes.
8.
The baked bread will be demoulded in time for heat dissipation.
9.
Sift the powdered sugar on the bread to force the grid to increase immediately 😉
Tips:
1. Again, the home oven is a non-professional oven, and the time and temperature must be mastered by yourself. Baking bread is not the same as baking cake. Bread needs to be baked quickly, and you can basically master it after baking a few more times;
2. The oven can actually be used to assist when preparing the noodles. If you are worried about excessive heat, you can turn off the oven after heating it at a high temperature, and use the waste heat to assist the fermentation.
