Fresh Milk Toast

Prepare all the ingredients for making fresh milk toast: 270g high-gluten flour, 40g white sugar, 25g butter, 120g fresh milk, 1 egg, 3g yeast, 1g salt;

Put eggs and fresh milk into the bread bucket;

Then put the high-gluten flour in, place the white sugar and salt diagonally, dig a hole in the middle of the flour to put the yeast, and cover it. Start the kneading program for 15 minutes, and pause after 15 minutes;

Put the butter in the bread bucket and start the kneading program for 15 minutes;

After 15 minutes, round the dough, put it in a flour bowl, cover it, and leave it at room temperature; (or cover it with plastic wrap and leave it at room temperature.)

The dough has doubled, and check it: after the fingers are dipped in powder and poke the hole, the dough does not collapse and the filling does not show that the fermentation is complete, otherwise, the fermentation time needs to be prolonged;

Divide the fermented dough into 3 portions, knead round and cover with plastic wrap to wake up for 15 minutes;

Roll the dough twice, roll it into a tube, place the dough equidistantly in the mold, and cover with plastic wrap;

Turn on the fermentation mode in the oven, and put the bread mold in the oven for secondary fermentation;

When the dough is about eighth full of the mold, take it out of the oven, cover the toast cover, readjust the oven to the bread baking mode, and preheat the upper and lower fire at 200°C;

After the oven is preheated, place the grilling net on the penultimate layer of the oven, and then put the toast mold in the oven, and bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes. After baking, take it out of the oven, raise the toast mold by 20cm, and drop it twice, and it will be easily demoulded!
