Fresh Mushroom Cauliflower

1. Blanch the fresh mushrooms, add some salt to the water, cover the pot and cook for 2 minutes to remove.

2. Then the cauliflower is also blanched and picked up after it changes color.

4. Put fresh mushrooms in the middle.

5. Chop garlic into minced pieces.
