Fresh Mushroom Soup

Wash the material and set aside

Shiitake mushrooms, pleurotus eryngii slices, green onion slices, green onion leaves shredded and marinated in salt sesame oil for preparation.

Stir-fry the green onion and add the mushrooms.

Before frying the mushrooms, put the broth in a soup pot and heat it in advance. If there is no broth, you can use water instead.

Pour the fried mushrooms into the heated stock and transfer to medium-low heat and continue to simmer.

Simmer for 15-20 minutes, turn off the heat
Tips:
You can add pepper, pickled green onion or sesame oil according to your taste.
