Fresh Sea Pomfret Soup
1.
Four pomfrets, weighing 6 taels. A piece the size of a ginger thumb, you can put more if you like to eat ginger. Two garlic cloves.
2.
Cut the pomfret in the middle, or not, I just want to taste better. Cut ginger into thin strips, mince garlic, and cut green onion into sections. Prepare a bowl of water (how much soup to drink and how much water)
3.
Put oil in the pot, put the ginger and minced garlic into the pot and fry until slightly yellow and fragrant, then pour in the prepared water.
4.
Pour the water into the pot and add the fish segments. Cover the pot and simmer on high heat for five minutes. Add appropriate amount of salt and MSG before starting the pot.
5.
Put the chopped green onion into the bowl where the soup is prepared. After the fish soup is boiled, pour it directly into a bowl and blanch the green onions.
6.
The fish is out of the pot, and the emerald green onions float on the soup, with a strong fragrance...Simple and delicious boiled sea fish in clear water, the original flavor and sweetness!
