Fresh Steamed Wuchang Fish

Prepare the materials

Wash the Wuchang fish and steam it in a steamer for 15 minutes

Heat oil in a pot and add minced garlic and ginger until fragrant

Then add Knorr hot stir fry dew and salt

Add chopped green onion

Put in the red pepper at the end (I don’t like to eat too spicy, so put the red pepper at the end, if you like spicy, you can put it together when you saute the minced garlic)
