Fresh Sweet Potato Mash

Prepare sweet potatoes and glutinous rice flour.

Peel the sweet potatoes, cut into pieces, put them in a fresh-keeping bag, put them in the microwave, and bite them on high heat for 3 minutes.

Use a rolling pin to make a mud.

Add glutinous rice flour.
5.
Stir well, put in a pot and steam for 10 minutes.

The steamed mashed sweet potato is relatively dry, mix well with a small spoon.
7.
The sweet potato mash is patted with cooked glutinous rice flour, and the pattern is pressed out with a mold (the 50g moon cake mold I used).
