Fresh Sweet Winter Melon Soup

Wash and slice the wax gourd, cut the pork into small pieces, and cut the fish balls and meatballs into cross-cut flowers.

Wash the green onions and cut into sections.

Dried whitebait is appropriate and set aside.

Shell meat spare.

Heat oil in a pan, add winter melon slices and stir fry.

Stir-fry the winter melon slices to a little softer, add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.

After boiling, add fish balls, meat balls, shellfish and pork, and bring to a boil again.

Then add the dried whitebait and bring to a boil.
9.
Finally, add salt to taste, add appropriate amount of green onion.
