Activate yeast: Pour 30ml of warm water at about 38°C into the measuring cup, add 3g of sugar until it melts, add 0.8g of cider yeast, and let it stand for 15-20 minutes. When there is obvious milky white foam in the measuring cup, the activation is proved to be complete.

Prepare fresh pineapples, remove the stalks and peels, and cut into pieces for later use.

Use a blender or juicer to puree the pineapple, pour it into the brewing pot of the wine machine, and add the activated yeast.

Press the smart button on the control panel to select pineapple, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the machine to enter smart brewing.

One day later, when the brewing is over, the filter residue bag is nested in the wine container at the top of the machine, and the fruit wine puree is poured into it. The filter residue bag is closed and slowly lifted to separate the fruit juice from the wine residue.
6.
Put it in the refrigerator and drink.
