Pineapple Fried Rice

The pineapple is soaked in light brine. Dice. Onions, celery. carrot. Dice. (White onions used for onions are less spicy.)

Put some pork suet in the pot and then put carrots and onions. And stir-fry the celery twice and set aside.

Leave the oil in the pot and add the cooked rice. This rice can be made softer, and it tastes like glutinous rice. Stir-fry slowly over low heat.

After frying out the oil. Put the celery, onion and carrot and stir fry, then add the chicken essence.

Turn on high heat and stir-fry the pineapple evenly.

Beautiful color, fragrance.
Tips:
The rice should be cooked slightly, which is a little different from our previous fried rice. Keep the scent of this pineapple.
