Today’s snack --- fragrant fried anchovy prawns. The prawns have their shells removed and their tails are preserved. Peel off the back and pick out the shrimp threads. Season them with salt, ginger and egg white. Let’s reshape them and cut the body of the prawns. Pass the shrimp tail through a small mouth, let the shrimp tail stand up high; finally wear a golden coat with it. After finishing, it can be handed over to the air fryer to complete.
