Fried and Baked Red Spur Fish

Slice ginger and cut green onion into sections for later use.

I bought the redtail fish with the head removed. The scales are removed, the internal organs are removed, and the fish is wiped with a little salt and pepper.

Put the sliced ginger in a frying pan and saute, then add the red fish to fragrant on both sides.

Stir 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, a small amount of water, and sugar, then pour it into the pot and cook the fish (because the pan is small, so after cooking, turn the fish over and cook it on the other side)

After the fish is cooked, pick it up and place it in a dish.

Put the scallions into the remaining juice, add cornstarch water to beat a thin gorgon, and then drizzle it on top of the fish.
