Fried Baby Potatoes with Salt and Pepper Cumin

Clean the dirt on the surface of the small potatoes

Put a lid and valve into the pressure cooker, turn the high heat to medium and low pressure for 7-9 minutes, and let it out naturally. (It can be steamed in a normal pot for a longer time)

After a little cooling, peel off the skin

Tips:
1. When frying potatoes, don't have too much heat. Fry them slowly. When turning over, use chopsticks to turn them over one by one to prevent chipping.
2. Potato skins are especially easy to peel when the potatoes are slightly hot.
