Fried Ballast Strips

This is ballast, made of corn. Boil water in a skillet.

Open the water into the ballast strips, use chopsticks to scatter and boil softly, remove the cold water and set aside.

Cut the prepared greens according to the picture.

Heat a non-stick pan and put a little more oil than stir-frying. Put the shallots and flip a few times to put the bean sprouts. Use big fire.

Add chili and chive stalks, and add a little salt and pepper directly.

Stir-fry the bean sprouts until they are transparent, put in the ballast strips, and then add a tablespoon of oyster sauce and soy sauce.

Tips:
The whole process needs to be stir-fried over high heat. Vegetables can be changed at will. If you like spicy, you can add red pepper.
