Fried Bamboo Shoots

Plan the blanched bamboo shoot shreds. If you want the bamboo shoots to taste good, it is better to cut the shreds with a knife. This was given by a friend, so I used it.

Prepare the right amount of handmade kway teow.

Wash the chives and cut chopped green onions.

In a bowl, stir a little light soy sauce and shacha sauce into a sauce for later use.

Heat the oil in the pan to fry the shredded bamboo shoots to dry the water.

Put in the kway teow and loosen it with chopsticks.

Top with the prepared sauce.

Continue to stir evenly with chopsticks.

Pour a small amount of peanut oil on the side of the pot and fry the kuey teow slowly until it is burnt on both sides.

Sprinkle chopped green onion at the end.

Another part of the finished product is a little bit crispy after being fried! The taste is tender on the outside and tender on the inside!
