Fried Bitter Gourd

Prepare raw materials;

Put the bitter gourd slices in a bowl, add an appropriate amount of salt, mix evenly and marinate;

There is no need to put oil in the pot, first put the bitter gourd slices into dry and stir, and then stir slightly to dry the water before serving;

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the pork belly and stir fry;

Stir-fry the pork belly slightly, then add the tempeh sauce, garlic and red pepper to stir-fry;

Add an appropriate amount of cooking wine and stir fry;

Put the prepared bitter gourd slices in and stir fry;

Stir-fry for a few times and then add appropriate amount of salt to taste, then serve on the plate. Add an appropriate amount of cooking wine and stir fry;

Serve it.
Tips:
1. Add the bitter gourd slices to the right amount of salt to remove the moisture, then stir-fry in the pot, and stir-fry the water in the bitter gourd slightly; 2. The pork belly slices should be slightly stir-fried to get the oil out, then add the bitter gourd slices to stir-fry. Finally add salt to taste.
