Fried Bitter Gourd with Fish Cake

1. Cut fish cakes into small pieces.

2. Wash the bitter gourd, cut it in half, scrape off the seeds and flesh with a stainless steel teaspoon, and scrape off the white flesh as much as possible to reduce the bitterness.

3. Cut the bitter gourd into small pieces.

4. Peel garlic and chop minced, peel and slice ginger.
