Fried Bitter Gourd with Shrimp

Cut the bitter gourd in half, remove the seeds and flesh, and then cut into thin slices.

Defrost the shrimp, marinate for 10 minutes with cooking wine, cornstarch and a little oil.

Bring water to a boil, and blanch the bitter gourd until it is broken.
