Fried Brussels Sprouts with Bamboo Shoots

Prepare the raw materials;

After slicing winter bamboo shoots, put them in a pot and blanch water, add a little sugar and salt, blanch for two minutes and remove;

Heat the pan with cold oil, add garlic slices and stir fry;

After sauteing, add Brussels sprouts and stir fry;

Stir-fry the Brussels sprouts and add the blanched winter bamboo shoots after they change color;
6.
Stir-fry for a few times, add appropriate amount of salt to taste, then put it on the plate, sprinkle the soaked goji berries on the surface.
7.
Serve it.
Tips:
1. Adding some sugar when blanching the water is to accelerate the precipitation of oxalic acid in the bamboo shoots, so as to facilitate the health when eating; 2. Brussels sprouts are best to be cut in half and then fried, so that they will mature easily.
