Brussels sprouts, a mini cabbage, have only been seen in foreign movies before, and the first time I encountered it in Malaysia, I was immediately fascinated by it. In addition to the appearance, I liked its crispy taste; I finally saw its original appearance in a domestic supermarket. It looked like a mini cabbage, small pieces, fresh and green, how cute it looked, even though it was a bit expensive, I did not hesitate to buy a bag back. "

Ingredients

Fried Brussels Sprouts with Bamboo Shoots

1. Prepare the raw materials;

2. After slicing winter bamboo shoots, put them in a pot and blanch water, add a little sugar and salt, blanch for two minutes and remove;

3. Heat the pan with cold oil, add garlic slices and stir fry;

4. After sauteing, add Brussels sprouts and stir fry;

5. Stir-fry the Brussels sprouts and add the blanched winter bamboo shoots after they change color;

6. Stir-fry for a few times, add appropriate amount of salt to taste, then put it on the plate, sprinkle the soaked goji berries on the surface.

7. Serve it.

Tips:

1. Adding some sugar when blanching the water is to accelerate the precipitation of oxalic acid in the bamboo shoots, so as to facilitate the health when eating; 2. Brussels sprouts are best to be cut in half and then fried, so that they will mature easily.
