Fried Bullfrog with Pickled Vegetables

Ingredients: bullfrog (washed), pickled vegetables (washed and cut into sections), ginger slices

Place the washed bullfrog on the chopping board and chop into pieces, set aside.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, then put the ginger slices in the saucepan.

Then, combine the chopped bullfrogs and stir-fry with the right amount of cooking wine.

Stir fry.

Then, combine the sliced pickled vegetables and add an appropriate amount of water.

Bring to a boil and cook for 7-8 minutes.

Finally, add the right amount of salt.

Add the right amount of chicken essence.

Saute and stir well, serve.

Take out the pan and serve.
Tips:
Pickled vegetables have a salty taste, add salt as appropriate.
Add chicken essence according to your own preference.
