Fried Chicken Wing Root

Ingredients: chicken wing root (cleaned), ginger slices, Korean chili sauce.

Put the ginger slices into the cleaned chicken wing roots, and add an appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Add the right amount of soy sauce.

Add the right amount of oyster sauce.
5.
Add 2 spoons of Korean chili paste.
6.
Add the right amount of salt.

Season to mix well, marinate for 2 and a half hours.

Then, put it in a frying basket lined with aluminum foil.
9.
Then, fry at 180 degrees in an air fryer for 15 minutes.
10.
Take it out and serve.
