Fried Chicken with Onions

Ingredients: chicken wing root 5 green peppers, 1 onion and 1

Remove the bones and cut the chicken into small cubes. Add Orleans barbecue ingredients and a little cooking wine. Grab it with your hands and marinate for 30 minutes (it is better to marinate overnight)

Cut the onion and pepper and set aside.

Add oil to the pan and stir fry the chicken.

After the chicken is cooked, add onions and peppers and continue to fry

Light soy sauce with a pinch of salt

Add some chicken essence to taste before cooking

Don't fry it too badly, just fry it lightly to be crispy and delicious.
