Fried Chili Oil

Coarse chili powder, sesame seeds, a little salt, a teaspoon of white wine, and mix well. Add a little oil to prevent it from being fried.

Prepare the green onion, ginger, garlic, onion, and a small amount of cinnamon and star anise bay leaves.

Heat oil to 60% heat, add green onion, ginger and garlic.

Add star anise, cinnamon and bay leaves to fry golden brown and remove.

Gradually pour the oil and stir well.
